In hospitality, employability is often discussed in practical terms: communication, service quality, teamwork, adaptability, and cultural awareness. Yet in an international context, employability means even more. It includes the ability to work across borders, understand different guest expectations, respond to changing business environments, and operate confidently in a global service economy.
