A New Era of Academic Leadership Begins
We are proud to welcome Mrs. Derya A. Briand, MLaw, LLM, as our new Director of Academic Studies. With advanced law degrees from the University of Lausanne and multilingual fluency, Mrs. Briand brings with her a compelling combination of academic strength, international perspective, and leadership finesse. She has worked with institutions like the United Nations and the International Labour Organization, gaining insights that few academic leaders possess.
Her academic credentials span a Master of Law in International and Comparative Law (2011) and a Master of Advanced Studies in International and European Economic and Commercial Law (2009), both earned in Switzerland. Her global experiences, which include a successful stint in the banking sector, make her an excellent fit to spearhead our educational innovation. Her appointment marks a strategic enhancement of our academic quality and international standing.

Mrs. Derya A. Briand has served with distinction at some of the world’s most respected international organizations, including the United Nations and the International Labour Organization.
